Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility-related issues as needed. Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before they lead to breakdowns. Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs. Replace or repair defective components, parts, wiring, motors, pumps, and other equipment. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Coordinate with outside contractors and service providers when specialized repairs are required. Assist with installation, relocation, and modification of equipment and facility systems. Maintain an inventory of commonly used tools, parts, and maintenance supplies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous maintenance, industrial, facilities, or mechanical experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and work in various physical environments. Preferred Qualifications Technical school, trade certification, or maintenance-related training. Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical certifications. Experience with preventive maintenance programs. Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, apartment, commercial, or industrial environment. Schedule Full-time position. Schedule may include weekends, overtime, on-call shifts, or emergency response depending on business needs.
