Dietary Aide

The Culinary Team Member supports the preparation, serving, and delivery of meals while maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized kitchen. This role contributes to quality nutrition services, resident satisfaction, and cleaning of dining rooms and work areas. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing meals according to menus and standardized recipes. Support meal service and tray delivery to residents. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, equipment, and utensils. Store food and supplies properly, rotating stock to minimize waste. Follow infection control and food safety policies. Assist in maintaining compliance with survey and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of food service safety and sanitation. Customer Service Organizational and teamwork skills. Communication abilities to support staff and residents. Required High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Preferred Food service or kitchen experience in healthcare setting. Physical & Work Requirements Standing/walking for most of shift; frequent bending and lifting (5--40 lbs). Ability to push food carts and work in hot kitchen environment.
