Volvo Cars Palo Alto is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our high-performing service team. If you excel at customer service, upselling maintenance, and managing a busy service drive , this is an opportunity to earn at a high level in a luxury dealership environment with a consistent schedule. Why Join Volvo Cars Palo Alto $6K–$12K+ monthly earning potential Tuesday–Saturday schedule (Sundays & Mondays off) High-volume service drive with consistent customer traffic Work with a premium/luxury brand clientele Established dealership group with strong reputation Team-oriented culture focused on performance and CSI What You’ll Do Manage the full service advisor process (write-up to delivery) Greet customers and provide a professional, high-end service experience Recommend and sell maintenance and repair services Communicate clearly with technicians and customers on repair status Provide accurate estimates and timelines Manage service lane workflow and appointment scheduling Maintain consistent follow-up to drive customer satisfaction and retention Build repeat and referral service business What We’re Looking For 1+ year Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience REQUIRED Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills Ability to upsell services and meet performance goals Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume service drive Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Mechanical knowledge is a plus Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Why This Role Stands Out This is a great opportunity for a service advisor looking to earn more in a luxury dealership , with steady workflow, high-quality customers, and a predictable schedule . #J-18808-Ljbffr
