Engineer II, Quality. Holland, MI. Ensure supplier parts meet engineering requirements for lithium-ion battery production. Conduct advanced product quality planning. Drive/support quality improvement efforts. Establish internal control systems. Optimize process capabilities through statistical analysis. Maintain worksite according to 5S3R standards. Requires bachelor’s degree in Tech. Systems Mgmt., Industrial Engineering, Material Engineering, or related field and two years of experience as a Quality Engineer. Experience must include: conducting APQP, performing 8D/5Why root cause analysis, monitoring process capability index, performing statistical process control, and creating PFMEA/PPAP documentation.
