About the Role:

Join the iconic Dairy Queen team in Atchison, KS, where every shift is a chance to bring smiles to your community! As a Crew Member, you'll be at the heart of delivering the delicious treats and meals that DQ fans know and love. If you're energetic, friendly, and ready to have fun at work, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner at the counter and drive-thru

Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders, including DQ's signature Blizzards, burgers, and more

Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining area, kitchen, and equipment

Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment

Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:

No prior experience required — we'll train the right candidate!

Positive, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be at least 14 years of age (or meet local labor requirements)
