Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 10 years as a professional umpire and later worked with several insurance agents, gaining valuable experience before starting my own agency. I’m a graduate of Kansas State University and a proud parent of five daughters and grandparent to six. Family is a big part of my life, and that carries into how I build and support our team. We stay involved in the community by supporting local causes and donating to golf tournaments and events around town. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. QUALIFICATIONS Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
