Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage Business Intelligence (BI) strategies and solutions, using tools like BusinessObjects Technologies and Cognos Business Intelligence. Oversee the design and development of databases, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of data. Lead the creation and management of data visualization tools and techniques, enabling stakeholders to understand complex data. Direct the analysis of EO/IR systems, ensuring the delivery of valuable insights for business decision making. Conduct AB Testing to evaluate the performance of implemented business intelligence solutions. Utilize analytics to interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets, providing a foundation for strategic business decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements. Utilize Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Databricks for data processing and transformation. Continually enhance the business intelligence technologies in use, staying abreast of industry trends and innovations. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for business intelligence systems and procedures. Qualifications Proficiency in BusinessObjects Technologies. Experience with Cognos Business Intelligence. Strong understanding and practical use of databases. Proficient in data visualization techniques. Knowledge of EO/IR systems. Experience with AB Testing methods. Strong analytics skills. Comprehensive understanding of Business Intelligence (BI). Familiarity with Business Intelligence Technologies. Ability to develop a Business Requirement Document. Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Databricks. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in a managerial role within a Business Intelligence environment. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
