Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/08/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunities Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Local RN - OR Shift : Nights / 8:30p-7a, 10x4, 40 hrs/week with rotating day off Length : 13 weeks Holiday rotation; No call or weekends Requirements: IA/Compact license 2 Years of current operating room experience Experience in the following cases: General, davinci Robotics, Pediatrics and Trauma Trauma level II experience Circulating / operating room experience EPIC electronic medical systems experience within previous 3 years AHA BLS Scrub experience highly preferred Additional experience in the following cases: (Neurology, orthopedics (primarily trauma), gynecology, urology, transplants, plastics, Ear, nose, throat, Vascular) highly preferred Trauma Level I experience highly preferred Other Details: EMR: EPIC No 1st time travelers, must have completed a travel assignment within previous 9 mos. Special equipment – 3 Davinci robots. Use Stealth technology for Neuro navigation and use primarily Synthes or Stryker for ortho trauma. We don’t do many ortho joints How many suites – 16 OR’s. Run from 12-14 routinely. As a level 1 trauma center, we reserve space for traumas Service lines - Cardiac/ PV, Neuro, ortho (primarily trauma), robotics, gyn, uro, general, pediatrics, transplants. We do a small volume of ENT and plastic procedures Patient Types: see submission requirements Patient Ratios: 1:1 Bed Size: 16 Scrubs: provided Avg. caseload – Average 35-50 cases per day.
