In this role, you’ll work directly with customers in retail and event-based environments, helping them explore services, enroll, and receive a top-tier experience.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers in retail and event settings
Explain products and services clearly while answering questions confidently
Guide customers through the full enrollment process
Support sales efforts by generating leads and following up with potential customers
Build product knowledge to effectively match customers with the right solutions
Track interactions and enrollments using internal systems
Participate in daily training sessions to develop sales, marketing, and communication skills
Work toward individual and team performance goals
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required (college experience is a plus)
No experience required — full training provided
Strong communication and people skills
Positive, motivated, and coachable mindset
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
