Cardiovascular Associates of America
THE COMPANY
At Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), we believe that the total cost of cardiovascular care is too high and the optimal way to identify and remove the avoidable costs in cardiovascular care delivery is by equipping and empowering cardiovascular physicians with new care models and new financial incentives via risk-based contracts. Novocardia, the value-based care division of CVAUSA, is responsible for supporting our partner practices to transform care models in ways which improve care quality and help achieve the triple aim and implement risk-based contracting. We are deeply passionate about improving care quality, and about providing more Americans with access to great, evidence-based chronic disease care. We are also committed to building more sustainable and durable payment models for this care – models which reward clinicians for delivering the right care, in the right place at the right time. OPPORTUNITY
The Manager, Healthcare Analytics & Reporting is responsible for leading the development, governance, and optimization of enterprise analytics and reporting solutions that support value-based care operations, medical economics, clinical performance management, and strategic decision-making. This role combines advanced technical expertise, healthcare analytics knowledge, data engineering capabilities, data integration and interoperability expertise utilizing APIs and related technologies, and business intelligence leadership to deliver scalable reporting, actionable insights, and innovative analytics solutions across the organization. The Manager, Healthcare Analytics & Reporting will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of reporting infrastructure, Power BI solutions, semantic data models, and dashboard governance standards. This individual will also drive innovation through the evaluation and adoption of AI-enabled analytics and emerging technologies. The role will collaborate closely with Medical Economics, Clinical Operations, IT, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions that drive operational performance. This position requires an individual who can bridge the gap between complex healthcare data and business strategy by translating analytical findings into actionable insights that drive measurable performance improvement across value-based care programs. The role will be responsible for developing operational metrics, establishing key performance indicators, and delivering reporting solutions that provide leaders with visibility into organizational performance, trends, opportunities, and areas requiring intervention. Reporting to the Senior Director of Actuarial & Medical Economics, the Manager, Healthcare Analytics & Reporting will serve as a key analytics leader responsible for advancing the organization's reporting strategy, ensuring data accessibility and reporting accuracy, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
