Human Resources Coordinator

We are currently looking for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to manage the hiring and onboarding of new employees for our company. Responsibilities Interview applicants and make hiring decisions based on each candidate's skills and qualifications Hire and onboard new employees by adding them to all company online systems Manage background checks for new and existing employees Maintain each employee's personnel file and ensure all files contain required forms and documentation Manage government contract requirements and compliance (including specific background checks, vaccinations, clearance checks, etc.) Conduct orientation meetings with new employees to explain company policies Answer office phones Other duties as assigned Schedule and Working Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (8‑hour shift) Salary From $55,000.00 per year. This is a salaried position that may increase based on performance and tenure with the company.
