Human Resources Coordinator
We are currently looking for a full time Human Resources Coordinator to manage the hiring and onboarding of new employees for our company. Interview applicants and make hiring decisions based on each candidate's set of skills and qualifications
Hire and onboard new employees by adding employees to all company online systems
Manage government contract requirements and compliance (such as government-specific contracting requirements, including specific background checks, vaccinations, clearance checks, etc.)
Conduct orientation meetings with new employees to explain company policies
Answer office phones
This position is full time with a work schedule of Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Salary may increase based on successful performance and tenure with the company. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. Successful candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources. Earliest start date if hired
Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older Must be a US citizen Must possess a minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience Must pass a comprehensive background investigation Must have reliable transportation Must have a working smartphone Must work well with others Applicant must also have good customer service skills to establish a good working relationship with employees. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $55,000.00 per year Benefits:
