HR/Recruiting Generalist

Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire packets, employment documentation, personnel files, and separation tasks
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and personnel filing systems, including driver documentation, I-9 documentation, and certification records
Support recruitment by assisting with job postings and promoting open positions across recruiting and social media platforms
Serve as a point of contact for routine employee inquiries about HR processes, policies, benefits, and employment documentation
Support HR reporting initiatives, maintain accurate HR data, and streamline communication across HR and company leadership
Assist with benefits administration, employee status updates, and other administrative HR functions
Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations by maintaining documentation, assisting with audits, and helping ensure policy adherence
Maintain knowledge of HR trends, employment law updates, HR technologies, and best practices through professional development and training
Partner with the HR Team on departmental initiatives, special projects, and process improvements
Requirements 2+ years of previous work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, or similar position
Relevant HR certification such as aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems
Familiarity with social media recruiting, resume databases, and professional networks
