Full-Time Temporary HR Generalist

Credence has an immediate opening for a full‑time Human Resources Coordinator in our McLean, VA office. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, organized, and eager to build a career in Human Resources. The ideal candidate also possesses exceptional organizational skills, a meticulous, near‑zero‑error approach to data entry and recordkeeping, and an almost obsessive attention to detail. Success in this role requires ensuring employee records and HR data are consistently accurate and complete.

Partner with the HR team to support our most valuable asset — our people

Support HR onboarding activities for new hires

Assist with conducting weekly new hire orientations

Utilize our HRIS system, SharePoint, Workable, and Costpoint to maintain accurate employee records

Bachelor’s degree is required

0–2 years of HR experience

Must be customer service oriented

Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Occasional travel may be required to support corporate events, onboarding / job fairs, and / or customer meetings.
