Product Marketing Lead

Our client is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company transforming the way businesses engage with their customers through modern, cloud-based software. Backed by leading investors and experiencing significant year-over-year growth, the company is entering an exciting stage of scale. They're looking for their first dedicated Product Marketing Lead to build the Product Marketing function from the ground up. This is a highly visible role that will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to define the company's go-to-market strategy and accelerate growth. What You’ll Own As the first Product Marketing hire, you’ll establish the foundation for Product Marketing and own the company's go-to-market strategy, including: Develop and execute Product Marketing strategy Own messaging, positioning, and value propositions Lead go-to-market planning and product launches Build sales enablement content and collateral Develop persona-based messaging and customer insights Conduct competitive intelligence and market research Partner on pricing and packaging strategy Drive product adoption and customer communication Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Executive Leadership Help shape overall product growth strategy as the company scales What We’re Looking For 5+ years of B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience Proven experience owning messaging, positioning, and product launches Experience building or significantly scaling a Product Marketing function (first PMM or early PMM hire strongly preferred) Strong GTM strategy and cross-functional leadership skills Experience creating sales enablement materials and customer-facing messaging Background partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution Startup or high-growth SaaS experience preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Ideal Background We’re especially interested in candidates who have experience with: First or early Product Marketing hire Building Product Marketing from the ground up Scaling Product Marketing in a high-growth SaaS company #J-18808-Ljbffr RJR Partners
