Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret inventory data and forecast variances
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in planning software and reporting tools
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously and resolve issues proactively
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production scheduling best practices
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning software
- Background in supply chain management or logistics
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Prior experience supporting new product rollouts or project management activities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, inventory control, or a similar role within a production environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Flexibility to support shift requirements or overtime as necessary
- Strong documentation skills, including maintaining detailed reports and communication records
