Supervisory Program Analyst

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the SYSTEMS ACQUISITION GROUP, PROGRAM MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or DA-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing a wide range of technical and business systems, processes, and practices used to manage weapon systems acquisition; Reviewing, analyzing, and implementing higher level procurement policies; Managing project/program requirements, objectives and metrics, and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources; Identifying opportunities to incorporate process improvements and best practices utilizing customer feedback, internal and external audits, self-assessment, and lessons learned activities; Advising management and colleagues on difficult problems, conducting special studies, proposing options and alternatives, and representing a command.
