Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Responsibilities Manage and service an established commercial lines book of business consisting of approximately 300 client accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while responding promptly to coverage questions and service requests. Process policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy changes accurately and efficiently. Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and other policy documentation. Market both new and renewal business to multiple insurance carriers to secure competitive coverage options. Prepare renewal proposals and review policy recommendations with clients. Communicate regularly with insurance carriers and underwriters to resolve coverage questions and negotiate solutions. Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system. Support producers with new business onboarding, account transitions, and retention efforts. Balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines for renewals, endorsements, carrier requests, and client deliverables. Deliver a high level of customer service focused on long-term client retention and satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience. Experience managing a generalist commercial property and casualty book of business. Ability to independently handle renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and day-to-day account servicing. Strong client relationship management and customer service skills. Experience working directly with insurance carriers and underwriters. Experience using an agency management system (AMS 360 experience preferred; similar systems such as Applied Epic are acceptable). Property & Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain after hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr
