Litigate insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims on behalf of policyholders Analyze complex policies, draft coverage opinions, and pursue recoveries against insurers Handle trials, motions, depositions, discovery, and strategy in high-stakes bad faith and coverage actions • Represent businesses and individuals in denials of claims, including property, liability, business interruption, and more Manage caseload with partner support and mentorship to grow your practice About you: 5+ years of insurance coverage experience (policyholder side preferred; defense experience considered if strong advocacy skills). Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
