Our team has a long and successful track record handling many high-stakes cases that threaten a company’s brand reputation, business model, and bottom line—whether for a new startup or a household name.Learn more about the team and the work you can do at .Who You AreYou are a high performer with 3-5 years of experience with the following:Class Action defense in consumer class actions including false advertising, product defect, breach of warranty, violation of consumer protection laws (required);Experience with CA Unfair Competition Law;Briefing class certification and/or summary judgment (required);Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery;Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews;Managing e-discovery.
