Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level Employment and Labor Litigation Associate in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, providing high-level advice on employment law compliance, and defending companies in complex employment actions. Duties Provide day-to-day advice on employment law compliance issues. Litigate trade secret and employee mobility cases. Defend companies in wrongful termination and discrimination disputes. Conduct workplace investigations, including C-suite matters. Perform due diligence in corporate transactions. Negotiate executive employment and separation agreements. Requirements 4-6 years of litigation experience. Strong writing and client relations skills. Ability to manage litigation independently. Trial experience preferred. Admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive in. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications State bar admission. Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
