Benefits Equity Hybrid Schedule Profit Sharing 401k Competitive Compensation Job Details Salary $200,000 - $265,000 per year Responsibilities Experience handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases. Qualified candidates should be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions and other briefs, as well as taking and defending depositions. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials. Must be admitted to practice in the state of California. Proven track record in defense litigation. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
