Mid-Level Labor & Employment Litigation Associate

Overview The North America Employment & Compensation Practice Group offers "one stop" domestic and international employment law counseling and litigation services to multinational companies, covering global workforce management, expansion/exit, and litigation defense. The role specifically focuses on domestic Labor & Employment Disputes, encompassing litigation of multijurisdictional class and collective actions and high stakes, complex disputes. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, with Law Review experience noted as an example. Major top tier law firm experience in an employment litigation practice is preferred.
