Key Responsibilities Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other specialists as required and adjusts nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care. Perform head‑to‑toe assessment on all patients and perform reassessments as per policy, including pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general patient populations. Assess and reassess pain and pain‑management techniques used. Educate the patient and family regarding pain management. Demonstrate knowledge of cardiac monitoring and identify dysrhythmias. Assist the physician(s) with office procedures; maintain medical and surgical asepsis. Maintain medical equipment; disinfect and sterilize instruments. Job Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire. Registered Nurse license for Kentucky, upon hire. Basic Life Support – CPR, upon hire.
