What You Will Do Cook at a high level every service, executing dishes with precision, consistency, and pride Work hands-on with two world-renowned chefs, learning advanced techniques, systems, and standards Help shape menus and specials using seasonal ingredients and creative input Lead by example on the line, setting the tone for focus, cleanliness, and urgency Mentor and train cooks, building a strong, disciplined, team-first kitchen culture Maintain exceptional standards for food safety, sanitation, and organization Manage prep, inventory, and execution so service runs clean and controlled Support catered events and special dinners that push creativity and execution Who You Are A serious cook who cares deeply about food, technique, and continuous improvement Experienced in professional kitchens, fine dining, or high-volume scratch environments Confident with knife skills, cooking methods, and executing under pressure Organized, calm, and accountable when the tickets are flying Curious, coachable, and excited to learn from chefs operating at the highest level A leader on the line who earns respect through work ethic and consistency Flexible and committed to the rhythm of restaurant life, including nights and weekends Why This Role Matters This is a chance to cook with purpose, expand your skill set, and be part of a kitchen where standards actually matter.
