Workplace Experience Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Workplace Experience Coordinator to support daily front-of-office operations. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organized, detail-oriented environment while handling reception-related duties and administrative support with care and urgency. The role requires strong flexibility, as priorities and work hours may occasionally shift based on business needs and executive requests.Responsibilities:• Manage front desk and reception activities, including answering and directing incoming calls through a multi-line phone system in a courteous and efficient manner.• Prepare printed and bound materials for meetings, presentations, and other business needs while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to support office operations, leadership requests, and team needs.• Coordinate messenger and courier activity, including scheduling pickups, tracking deliveries, and maintaining smooth document distribution.• Respond to incoming requests as they arise, adjusting quickly to changing priorities and completing special assignments with care.• Support a workplace environment that reflects a high standard of service for visitors, employees, and leadership teams.• Maintain an organized reception and office support process to help ensure seamless daily operations.• Accommodate occasional schedule changes beyond standard hours when business demands require additional coverage or support.
