Fulfillment Associate -1st shift (6AM-2PM)

The Opportunity The Fulfillment Associate position is a crucial position that ensures we’re meeting the needs of our customers with the help of our newly established and stream-lined picking process. In This Role, You Will Work in a team-based environment to pick, pack and ship orders to our customers. Ensure accuracy of orders and verify incoming goods against packing lists. Package, label, and inventory tools correctly. Assist local customers in product pick-ups while maintaining professional appearance and demeanor. You’ll Bring Flexible team player mentality, with a professional personality and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities. Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines. Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify ways to best serve our customers. Excellent communication skills to achieve team goals in timely manner. A desire to start your career in a fast-paced growing company. Willingness to be cross-trained and work with all departments to get things done. Compensation begins at $16.31 per hour topping out at $19.39 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
