Job Description

Position Title: Production Machine Operator

Wage: $17.00-$17.75 per hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd

Hours: 5:30am-2:00pm; 2:30pm-11:00pm (Mon-Fri)

Production Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Package products according to customer and production requirements.
- Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
- Cut, bundle, wrap, stack, assemble, and label products following work instructions.
- Assist with operation of manufacturing equipment, including block cutters, wrapping equipment, side wrappers, and pallet jacks.
- Verify machine setup and performance throughout production runs.
- Safely shut down equipment and report any operational concerns.
- Remove scrap material and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Production Machine Operator Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, production, or industrial experience.
- Basic math skills and ability to accurately count inventory and production quantities.
- Experience using handheld measuring tools.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
