Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Hold a valid NJ RN license with at least 4 years of med-surg telemetry experience in an acute hospital setting. Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications. Demonstrate strong clinical skills in patient assessment and critical thinking. Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Be adaptable to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
