The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying potential customers, promoting and selling insurance products, and meeting sales targets. They will also provide exceptional customer service and participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with sales management activities and supporting the overall goals of the agency.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.Proficiency in Sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.Experience or aptitude in Training to mentor and support team members.Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Knowledge or experience in the insurance industry is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Centennial or Aurora, CO.
