Pay Range Axos Bank Target Range: $20.00 - $25.00. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Internship Overview Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12‑week Summer Internship Program to gain hands‑on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven financial environment. Session Options Session 1: May 27 – August 14 Session 2: June 16 – September 4 Responsibilities Develop and implement advanced analytics models to support business decisions. Explore and utilize new data sources to enhance predictive modeling and analytical capabilities. Develop and maintain robust business intelligence systems to empower various departments with actionable insights. Implement data visualization tools and dashboards to facilitate effective communication of complex analytical results. Collaborate with marketing, risk management, and fraud management to develop and enhance marketing models, risk models, fraud detection systems, and other related advanced analytics. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data‑driven solutions. Communicate complex analytical findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to non‑technical stakeholders. Present findings to executive leadership. Qualifications Highly motivated and eager to learn. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience or coursework in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics is preferred.
