Job Summary As an Intern, you will be responsible for supporting Manufacturing Sustaining projects for new and existing pSemi products. This will include elements of sustaining production issues, generating technical documentation, interfacing with off-shore personnel, and continuous system improvement projects. Roles & Responsibilities This position has responsibility for: Data analysis Data compilation and report generation Supporting physical inspection and testing of devices Performing engineering evaluations Updating documents/presentations (e.g. program updates, yield reports, schedule charts, etc.) Device modeling assistance Manufacturing support to multiple functional groups (new product development teams, marketing, quality, etc.) Generating and coordinating technical documentation Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills) Good communications skills are required (verbal and written), takes a proactive approach to communicating with customers, peers, subcontractors and management Skilled with computers, learns new tools quickly, uses technology to enhance job performance Meets deadlines, self-motivated, works independently, accountable, maintains focus, punctual, good attendance record Takes initiative, seeks new opportunities, strives to see projects to completion Problem solving ability, strives to understand contributing factors, works to resolve complex situations Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision Preferred Qualifications Understanding of basic Physics concepts Experience with Microsoft Office programs Education Requirements High School Diploma and currently enrolled in college in an Engineering discipline Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
