Junior Associate Attorney

Job Description An excellent client in Ft Lauderdale is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney . The Junior Associate Attorney will join a growing practice and work in the area of Community Association Law.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

2+ years of experience in Community Association Law is preferred. MUST have a litigation background. Draft and review the governing documents that govern the operation of the association. Prepare research memoranda. Draft discovery documents and correspondence. Work with a variety of individuals in the HOA. Assist with educating new community members, corporate governance, enforcement of the governing rules. College degree and Juris Doctorate Degree required. Must be organized and a self-starter.
