Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Residential team. This role provides hands-on nursing care while working closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support patient safety, stabilization, and recovery. The position offers a three 12-hour shift schedule, providing greater flexibility and work-life balance, along with a weekend shift differential for eligible shifts. This is a great opportunity for an RN interested in developing or expanding experience in eating disorder and behavioral health treatment within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Colorado within 60 days of hire required.
• Obtain CPR Certification within 90 days of hire required
• Valid Drivers license with no major driving violations in last 5 years required.
• Experience treating patients with eating disorders preferred
• Experience in a mental or behavioral health setting preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills preferred.

Computer Skills:

• Minimum of beginner skills in Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be able to efficiently learn and effectively work within an electronic medical records system.
• Must be able to efficiently learn and effectively work within various software products.

Physical Demands and Environment:

Sitting frequently, standing occasionally, walking occasionally, talking frequently, hearing frequently, seeing constantly, reaching with arms and hands occasionally, crouching occasionally and using fingers intricately. This position requires lifting/carrying up to 25 pounds rarely.

Environmental conditions of this job include but are NOT limited to:

99% inside, 99% normal temperature and 99% normal noise as expected in a medical office environment.
