School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) – Winsted, CT 

Join a collaborative school team in Winsted as a Physical Therapist and help students develop the physical skills they need to thrive both inside and outside the classroom. In this role, you’ll provide individualized physical therapy services that promote students’ mobility, independence, and participation within the educational setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut PT license
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for working with children and adolescents
• Ability to work full-time within a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments
• Provide direct therapy services to students
• Develop and implement IEP goals
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other members of the student support team
