What We’re Looking For:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Connecticut
• Prior experience working with K-12 students in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to a diverse student population
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Collaborative mindset to work districtwide with teachers, staff, and families
• Comfortable traveling within the district (in-person role only)
• Flexibility to adapt to changing caseload needs and program updates

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to students with varying needs across multiple schools in the district
• Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and set measurable goals
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers to support students’ progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
• Educate staff and families on strategies to promote student access and participation
• Support an inclusive, empowering learning environment districtwide
