This full-time contract position, serving K–12 students for the 2026–2027 school year, allows you to work across a district, providing essential therapy services and supporting student growth. Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy
• Ability to independently manage a varied caseload from kindergarten through grade 12
• Strong communication skills for team collaborations and parent interactions
• Commitment to in-person services throughout the entire district

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group physical therapy interventions to students, addressing a broad range of needs and abilities
• Develop and implement IEP goals, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation
• Consult with teachers, special educators, and school staff to adapt environments and activities for student success
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate on planning for student transitions and supports
• Equip families and caregivers with strategies and recommendations to foster ongoing development

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 32–37.5 hours per week, running through the end of June 2027. By working within supportive school communities, you will be empowered to make a lasting difference in students’ lives and enhance your expertise as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
