Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote / In-Person

In this position, you’ll deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home or center-based settings, supported by our clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. Criteria for the Hybrid BCBA role includes weekly in-person supervision. Your Role & Impact as a BCBA Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making At Centria, flexibility doesn’t mean going it alone.
