Apply today by calling Noe at View phone number on us.fitly.work.Responsibilities:• Direct the day-to-day financial activities of the property, including oversight of cash position, incoming payments, vendor disbursements, deposits, and account activity.• Produce weekly, monthly, and annual financial statements and management reports that are accurate, timely, and useful for decision-making.• Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycle by evaluating revenue trends, controlling expenses, and analyzing variances against financial targets.• Maintain compliance with applicable tax requirements, licensing obligations, contractual commitments, and other regulatory standards affecting the business.• Strengthen accounting procedures and internal control practices to support reliable financial operations and protect organizational assets.• Review account reconciliations, balance sheet activity, and bank records to confirm accuracy and quickly resolve discrepancies.• Manage the preparation for internal and external audits, working closely with auditors to provide documentation and address findings.• Recruit, coach, and supervise finance personnel, creating a productive team environment focused on accountability and development.• Collaborate with executive and departmental leaders to improve financial performance, support operational planning, and reinforce sound spending practices.• Evaluate daily operating results and departmental financial activity, while handling special assignments and cross-functional finance projects as needed.
