Our team is expanding! We are looking to add a Hybrid Sales Producer. Hybrid position
Andrea Webster Agency in Signal Hill, California, is looking for an experienced licensed sales agent to join our team.
We are a growing, high-performing team looking for motivated Insurance Sales Representative to help us continue our growth. If you are competitive, goal-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment this is the opportunity for you. We work hard but play hard as well.
In this role, you will sell Property & Casualty and Life Insurance products through phone, email, and video calls. You will assess customer needs and recommend solutions that support their personal goals. If you are motivated, skilled at building rapport, and committed to growth, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. Prior insurance or Sales experience is required.

Responsibilities* Sell P& C and Life Insurance to clients in CA
* Outside and inside sales are required
* Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
* Build quick rapport and deliver an exceptional client experience
*Minimum of 2 years continuous insurance sales experience
* Ideal for motivated, growth-minded individuals who communicate well
RequirementsP&C or Life/Health license required
Prior Sales Experience is required
Attendance and punctuality are essential in this role
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Problem-Solving Capabilities.
Bilingual- English and Spanish is a plus
