The Legends Global Way guides how we operate: Align, Scale, Connect, Team, Win — shared success, repeatable systems, connected solutions, unstoppable teams, and wins that are earned every day.About The RoleThe Human Resource Manager is responsible for performing all aspects of Human Resource Operations, as well as administration and maintenance of all Facility Benefit Programs, consistent with Legends Global policies and procedures.What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities & Outcomes)Follows Legends Global Human Resources policies to assure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functionsAdministers various Human Resources plans and procedures for all facility personnelLeads recruitment activities: creates job descriptions and posts open job, source/identify candidates, interview candidates and assist with hiring decisionsPlans and conducts new employee orientationsKeeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and 401k, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reportingCoordinates hiring manager training for interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance management, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment policiesCoordinates employee training for Legends Global Customer Service TrainingAdvises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Advises the corporate office of EEOC complaints and other employee relations problems.Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programsAdministers performance review and salary programAssists employees with benefits administrationImplements union collective bargaining agreements and ensures all portions of the agreement are administered correctlyInvestigates accidents and prepares reportsWhat You Bring (Qualifications & Experience)Education and/or Experience:3+ years related HR experienceExperience administering benefit programsWorkday experience (or equivalent) highly preferredRecruiting/Talent Acquisition experience highly preferredUnion experience is very highly preferred for this roleSkills and Abilities:Solid knowledge of principles and practices of HR administrationState and federal HR regulations and laws requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are essentialAbility to work both independently (this is currently an HR team of one) and in a team environmentWork Environment & TravelThis is an on-site positionThe HR Manager will, on a very limited basis, be asked to work events outside of traditional hoursAt Legends Global, our people power every success.
