Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing initiatives and campaign execution. This role will assist with content creation, social media management, email marketing, market research, and administrative marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create, schedule, and monitor social media content.
• Support email marketing efforts, including drafting content and managing distribution lists.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with creating marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
• Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and project documentation.
• Coordinate marketing projects and communicate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Support event planning, webinars, and other promotional activities as needed.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of marketing, communications, social media, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and basic graphic design platforms such as Canva is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Basic analytics and reporting.
• Project coordination and time management.
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Compensation & Terms

• Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Flexible schedule based on project and business needs.
• Contract position with potential for extension or future opportunities.
• Approximately [20-40] hours per week.
