Litigation Paralegal

Job Description Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a busy firm in Downtown Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with an hybrid work model (3x per week onsite). The Paralegal's responsibilities include: Support attorneys and legal teams with case management and litigation-related matters. Manage large volumes of documents and maintain organized case files. Assist with the preparation of legal documents, filings, exhibits, and presentation materials. Coordinate activities related to hearings, depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings. Utilize legal technology and case management systems to support workflow efficiency. Assist with information gathering, document review, and production processes. Conduct legal research and perform citation and document verification as needed. Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Effectively prioritize multiple assignments and manage competing deadlines. Collaborate in a team-oriented environment while working independently when appropriate. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience as a paralegal supporting attorneys in complex litigation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with document management systems. Relativity experience preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
