Personal Injury Paralegal

A growing, well-established personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, advocating for clients, and taking ownership of cases from intake through resolution. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or resolution Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, attorneys, medical providers, and other involved parties Gather, organize, and maintain medical records, bills, reports, and other case documentation Assist with drafting and preparing demand packages, correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents Monitor case deadlines, appointments, medical treatment, and important case milestones Request and review medical records and billing information Obtain and organize insurance policy information and coverage documentation Assist attorneys with case preparation, settlement negotiations, and litigation support Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files Coordinate with clients and medical providers to ensure cases progress efficiently Track settlement offers, liens, subrogation claims, and related documentation Provide exceptional client service and keep clients informed throughout the legal process Perform legal research and other administrative or case-related duties as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal or in a similar plaintiff-side personal injury role Strong understanding of the personal injury claims and litigation process Experience handling medical records, bills, insurance information, and settlement documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities independently Professional, compassionate, and client-focused approach Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software Litigation experience is a plus What We Offer Opportunity to join a growing and established personal injury practice Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity for professional growth and increased responsibility Competitive compensation based on experience Benefits package A role where your work directly impacts clients and their outcomes If you are an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal looking to join a growing team and take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
