Job Summary

To establish, coordinate, and administer all phases of operation within the InMotion Wellness Studio. The General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all sales, scheduling, studio maintenance, setting up outside events and maintaining member satisfaction. They are required to work 9am-7pm Monday-Thursday with a 2hr lunch break from 1pm-3pm. On Fridays and Saturdays, they are required to work 9am-2pm. On top of hourly pay, the General Manager will make 3% rolling commission on their personal sales.


Responsibilities

• Ensure the ownership is operating according to the overall philosophy.
• Responsible for the financial success of the studio.
• Meet and exceed sales goals as directed by leadership.
• Responsible for meeting daily appointment goals as directed by leadership.
• Have an intimate knowledge of studio goals and projections.
• Oversee the direction and success of the staff.

Qualifications

• Experience and/or education in kinesiology/exercise science is preferred.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Manage time effectively.
• Able to communicate clearly.

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year


InMotion is a rapidly growing wellness studio whose focus is assisted stretching for the betterment of its client's health and community improvement. We are establishing ourselves as the premier assisted stretching facility in the Nation with over 23 stores and a strong national growth plan.
