Rosell Insurance Agency is looking for an Experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team.
Our family-owned agency has been around for over 70 years and we will continue to grow and provide great service for our clients. Responsibilities- Generating insurance quotes.
- Issuing Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Provides ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
- Make changes to policies as needed.
- Must currently possess an active New Jersey Property and Casualty License
- 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management
- Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve.
- Career-minded and goal-oriented team player
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
