Litigation Paralegal – Matrimonial & Family Law Location: White Plains, NY (10606) Schedule: Hybrid | 4 Days In-Office / 1 Remote Day Per Week Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 A highly respected boutique matrimonial and family law firm in White Plains, NY is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team. This firm is known for its personalized, client-focused approach and sophisticated handling of divorce and family law matters. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple active cases in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with prior matrimonial and family law experience are strongly preferred. Responsibilities Support attorneys throughout all phases of matrimonial and family law litigation Prepare, organize, and file legal documents through NYSCEF and EDDS Draft and manage discovery demands, responses, and document productions Assist with Statements of Net Worth and financial disclosure documentation Prepare child support calculations and related financial materials Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, clients, and expert witnesses Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness preparation, and case organization Manage case calendars, deadlines, and litigation workflow Maintain accurate billing entries and track billable time Organize electronic and physical case files for efficient case management Qualifications 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience required Experience in divorce and family law litigation strongly preferred Working knowledge of New York CPLR and litigation procedures Experience with NYSCEF and EDDS e-filing systems required Connecticut e-filing experience is a plus Experience handling discovery management and trial preparation Familiarity with Statements of Net Worth and financial disclosure documents Experience preparing child support calculations preferred Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and proactively manage assignments Experience entering and tracking billable time ABA-accredited Paralegal Certificate preferred Prior experience managing case flow and support staff is a plus Why Join This Firm?
