About the Role

The Company is seeking an Operations Leader for Manufacturing Scale-Up, a pivotal role in the critical phase of scaling up production. The successful candidate will be responsible for the manufacturing scale-up and operational build-out, including the development of a contract manufacturing strategy and supplier partnerships. This hands-on position demands a leader who can ensure production readiness, throughput, and operational execution, while also fostering cross-functional partnerships with engineering and executive leadership. The focus is on building scalable operational processes and infrastructure to support the company's ambitious growth targets. Ideal candidates will have a background of at least 15 years in operations and manufacturing leadership, with a proven track record in scaling complex electro-mechanical or engineered products. Experience in contract manufacturing and supply chain leadership within high-growth manufacturing or industrialization environments is essential. The role requires a leader who has been actively involved in building operations during rapid growth, rather than simply maintaining mature manufacturing environments. An engineering degree is strongly preferred, as the position demands a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the products being manufactured.
