Automation Technician 2nd Shift

Job Details Position: Automation Technician – Night Shift (12‑hour) . Salary: $60,000 – $68,000 per year. Works in a high‑tech, clean, environmentally controlled manufacturing environment. Supports robotics, end‑of‑arm tooling (EOAT), and automated assembly machinery. Key Responsibilities Set up and maintain robots, EOAT, conveyors, de‑agators, and secondary equipment. Perform basic robotic programming and troubleshoot automated machinery. Support production runs by resolving technical issues quickly and effectively. Maintain accurate work instructions and training documentation. Troubleshoot and repair assembly equipment, including pad printers, sonic welders, heat stakers, and hot stampers. Fabricate fixtures, guarding, and other production aids as needed. Order parts and materials to support equipment readiness. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Uphold all safety protocols, serving as a role model for safe work behavior. Other duties as assigned to support manufacturing and automation objectives. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certificate preferred. 2–5 years of automation, robotics, or related manufacturing experience. Fork truck and Lockout/Tagout certification required (or ability to obtain). Proficient with hand tools and conventional manufacturing equipment. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
