At Hinton Painting Inc., located in East Peoria, IL, we’re looking for a skilled Interior Painter to join our dedicated team. If you have at least 1 year of experience and a love for creating beautiful interiors, we’d love to hear from you!

As an Interior Painter at Hinton Painting Inc., you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality results that exceed our clients’ expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Site Protection : Safeguard furniture, floors, baseboards, and fixtures by moving items or covering them with drop cloths, plastic sheeting, and painter's tape.
• Surface Preparation : Ensure surfaces are ready for painting by cleaning walls, scraping old or peeling paint, filling holes and cracks, and sanding for a smooth finish.
• Priming : Apply primers and sealers to promote proper paint adhesion and block stains.
• Painting & Finishing : Use brushes, rollers, or sprayers to apply paint, stain, or specialty coatings with precision—achieving clean cut-in lines and even coverage.
• Color Mixing : Mix and match paint shades or test samples to meet client specifications.
• Clean-Up & Walkthrough : Remove protective coverings, reinstall hardware, clean tools, and conduct a final inspection with the client to ensure satisfaction.

We’re searching for someone who brings skill, reliability, and a strong work ethic to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience : 1-3 year of professional interior painting experience.
• Attention to Detail : A sharp eye for clean lines, smooth finishes, and color accuracy.
• Physical Stamina : The ability to stand, climb, and lift as needed for the job.
• Team Player Attitude : A positive approach to working with clients and colleagues.

We value our team members and strive to create a supportive and rewarding work environment. When you join us, you’ll enjoy:

• Medical Insurance : We care about your health and well-being.
• Paid Time Off (PTO) : Take the time you need to recharge and relax.

At Hinton Painting Inc., we’re more than just painters—we’re perfectionists with a passion for helping our clients bring their vision to life. Based in East Peoria, IL, we’ve built a reputation for quality, reliability, and attention to detail. We believe in fostering a positive, collaborative work environment where every team member feels valued.

If you’re ready to take your painting skills to the next level and join a team that values craftsmanship and client satisfaction, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today and let’s create something beautiful together.
